Paul Mears

Paul Mears is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as Sales Director and Head of Accounts at ESG since January 2018. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Account Manager at Utiligroup and contributed as an MBA Consultant at Landmark Group, where strategic recommendations for the Shukran loyalty program were developed. Paul's background includes significant consulting work in market intelligence and strategy, particularly within the energy sector, as well as engineering roles focused on design and project management at MDS Aero Support and the Royal Canadian Navy.
