Julian Thornley is an experienced professional in human resources and change management, currently serving as a Partner and Director at Esher Advisory since April 2017. Previously, Julian held various leadership roles at Travelex, including Global People Experience Director, where Julian led initiatives to design a progressive people strategy and managed the implementation of HR technology solutions for 8,000 colleagues across 30 countries. Julian also served as Programme Manager at HSBC, overseeing the People Transformation Programme for 65,000 employees in Europe, and held key positions at BT and Fidelity Investments, focusing on organizational efficiency and change management. Julian holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree from Durham University.
