Ankit Tak has been working in the customer service industry since 2014. Ankit'sfirst role was as a Senior Consultant - Customer Service at Sutherland from 2014 to 2015. After that, they worked as a Senior Practitioner - Customer Service at Concentrix from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they were an Associate - Debt Collector at Firstsource Advantage, LLC.
