Kirk Jones, M.Ed, is an experienced educational leader and Customer Success Manager at McGraw Hill since November 2025. Previously, as an Enterprise Program Manager at BetterLesson from October 2023 to November 2025, Kirk drove impactful professional learning initiatives and managed a $5M+ portfolio for strategic accounts.
