Erin May is currently the Vice President Operations at eShow, where they oversee event services support personnel responsible for customer service relationships and technical support for event management software. In the past, Erin worked at AT&T as Manager Network Operations Center, managing a technical team focused on diagnosing and repairing PBX equipment. Erin also worked as a Team Lead for Tier 2 Customer Technical Support Engineer. They obtained an Associate's degree in Architectural Engineering from Morrison Institute of Technology.
