Mariam Bahawdory

Mariam Bahawdory is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations. As the Founder and President of ESHQ, LLC since December 2015, Mariam has spearheaded organizational initiatives. Previous roles include Operations Manager as an Independent Consultant from 2017 to 2019 and Co-founder and President of NaseebConnect.com, Inc. from September 2013 to November 2015. Additionally, Mariam served as a Cross-Cultural Communications Advisor at Applied Memetics from November 2011 to November 2012. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration focused on Organizational Management and Leadership from New Jersey City University, earned between 2013 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same institution, awarded in 2011. Mariam also pursued studies in Business Administration, Management at East Carolina University in 2006-2007.
