Michelle Johnson

Michelle Johnson is an experienced professional in client services and advertising, currently serving as the Vice President of Client Services at ESI Employee Assistance Group EAP since April 2020. Prior to this role, Michelle held the same title at ESI Employee Assistance Group EAP from January 2016 to April 2020 and worked as an Advertising Account Executive at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK from July 2018 to April 2020. Earlier in the career, Michelle worked at Community Bank System, Inc. as a CSR/Teller Specialist and later as a CSR/Teller III from May 2011 to January 2016. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Communication and Media Studies from SUNY Brockport, obtained in 2011.
