Agathe Sevestre

Agathe SEVESTRE is a Senior Legal Counsel specializing in intellectual property, personal data, and AI issues at ESI GROUP since November 2022, also collaborating on business contracts. Currently serving as a lecturer in e-commerce contracts for the Master 2 "Commercial Contracts Law" program at Université Paris-Est Créteil since September 2019, Agathe has a robust background in legal counsel, including a tenure at LexisNexis where responsibilities encompassed daily legal management, contract negotiation, and compliance issues.
