Dhruba Aditya

Dhruba Aditya is an experienced professional in sales operations and business management within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Global Sales Operations at ESI Group since February 2021, Dhruba Aditya leads a global operations team to enhance productivity and implement key sales methodologies. Previously, Dhruba held the position of Business Head for the Indo-Pacific Region at MSC Software, focusing on material modeling for composite materials. Dhruba's career includes significant roles at Autodesk, managing sales for simulation business and additive manufacturing, as well as positions at EPLAN Software & Services and Hytek Marketing Pvt Ltd. Dhruba Aditya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
