Jeanie Cotton

Jeanie Cotton has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the Human Resources field. Jeanie began their career at Graco, where they worked as an Executive Assistant for 14 years. Jeanie then moved on to Alstom (formerly Air Industry Systems), where they served as an Executive Assistant and Benefits Coordinator. After that, they joined Alstom Paint Systems as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for recruiting, compensation, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Jeanie then transitioned to Durr Systems, Inc., where they held multiple positions. Jeanie started as an Executive Assistant, handling various administrative tasks and assisting with employment contracts and visa administration. Later, they became a Human Resources professional, overseeing employee relations, policy administration, benefit administration, and training and development. Jeanie also served as the supervisor for the switchboard and mail clerk.

In their most recent position at ESI North America, Jeanie worked as the Human Resources Director. Jeanie reported to the International HR Director and the local COO and was responsible for all HR aspects within a technically complex organization with 6 offices in North America. Jeanie was a member of the management team, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Jeanie Cotton obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Wayne State University. Jeanie also holds a PHR Certification from the HR Certification Institute, which they attained in 2009. Additionally, Jeanie studied Business Administration / Human Resources at Madonna University.
