Since 2009, Thomas Yates has been an integral part of the IT team for ESI Healthcare Business Solutions (ESI) with his latest position serving as the Director of Information Technology. Thomas manages the IT division, oversees the Rapid Agile Integrated Development (RAID) team as well as focuses on security software development, product management and infrastructure management.
For over 20 years, Thomas has experienced many aspects of IT ranging from hardware and networking to software development. He is responsible for seeking and implementing new technologies and product offerings for ESI to remain competitive throughout the healthcare industry.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University. Thomas is also a member of the Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society and an Aerohive Certified Wireless Professional. During his free time, Thomas enjoys gaming, photography and traveling.
