Sonia Boilard

Sonia Boilard, CRHA, is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Mandataire Services-conseils at ESI Technologies since July 2016. In this role, Sonia manages client accounts, oversees service quality, and develops business opportunities while remaining competitive in the market. Previously, Sonia held the position of HR Coordinator, responsible for supervising a team and implementing retention strategies. Prior to ESI Technologies, Sonia worked as a Recruitment Advisor at CGI and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alithya, where responsibilities included candidate sourcing, assessment, and integration, as well as advising sales teams on recruitment matters. Sonia holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval and a DEC in Languages from Collège F.-X.-Garneau.
