Justin A. Hill

Justin A. Hill has a strong work background in the field of design. Justin A. is currently serving as the Director of Design at Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) since May 2022. Prior to this, from November 2020 to June 2022, they held the position of President at the Retail Design Institute. Before that, Justin had a long and successful tenure at MG2, where they started in January 1991 and remained until June 2022. At MG2, they served as Principal and Shareholder.

Justin A. Hill completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Architectural Studies at the University of Washington from 1986 to 1990. In addition to their degree, Justin has obtained the certification of NCARB Certified from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) in April 2020. Justin A. also holds the LEED AP certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Justin is a Licensed Architect, and their license was obtained from the Washington State Department of Licensing.
