Kari Kelley

Kari Kelley is an experienced Business Data Analyst and Claims Team Lead at ESIS, Inc., managing a dedicated team of six to eight claim representatives handling Commercial Auto and General Liability claims across all US jurisdictions for a national rental car organization since November 2016. Prior to this role, Kari served as a Senior Process Trainer at AIG from July 2006 to November 2016, initially starting as a Training Coordinator focusing on logistics for claims training. Kari's earlier experience includes working as a Claim Representative at ESIS from 2003 to 2006, managing various claims, and as a Claim Examiner II at Kemper Insurance from 1999 to 2003, responsible for liability investigations. Kari holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Concentration in Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2009 and 2013.
