Lynne Soza, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Partnership Leader at ESIS, Inc., since March 2024. With extensive experience in claims management and business operations, Lynne has held significant roles, including Chief Business Manager at Soza Trucking since 2007, and several leadership positions at various insurance companies. Previous roles include Claims Director at Qualitas Insurance Company, San Antonio Office Claims Manager at ACCC Insurance Company, and Claims Manager at National Unity Insurance Company. Lynne has demonstrated expertise in supervising teams, developing business strategies, enhancing claim results, and ensuring compliance with regulations throughout a career spanning over two decades in the insurance industry. Lynne holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word.
