Frank Cook

Frank Cook is a seasoned professional with a diverse work experience. Frank started their career at School District U-46 as a Band Director, where they were responsible for leading various school bands and providing instruction. Frank then moved on to Western School District 12 as the Director of Bands, where they managed marching bands, jazz bands, and concert bands.

In 2012, Frank transitioned to Epic and held the roles of Corporate Education and Implementation Project Manager. Frank facilitated training programs, taught certification curriculum, and ensured successful and timely implementations of multiple applications within organizations.

In 2017, Frank joined Esker Inc as an Engagement Manager and later became a Senior Engagement Manager and Product Owner. In these roles, they oversaw project management activities, including scoping, planning, and execution, as well as change management and scrum activities. Frank also played a key role in driving successful customer implementations and developing Esker's methodology and processes.

Currently, Frank is the Owner and CEO of Cook Consultants, LLC, where they continue to utilize their expertise in project management and change management to support their clients' needs.

Frank Cook, CCMP, LSSBB holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the American InterContinental University, completed in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music Teacher Education from Elmhurst University in 2008. In addition to their formal education, Frank Cook has obtained a variety of certifications, including Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from the Association of Change Management Professionals in 2019, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) from GoLeanSixSigma.com in 2020. Frank also holds various technical badges and certifications related to the Epic healthcare software platform.
