Nicole Thibodeau

Nicole Thibodeau, JD, SPHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources for the Monona Grove School District since 2014, where notable accomplishments include revising the district's hiring process to enhance legal compliance and workplace diversity, as well as providing coaching for employee relations. Previously, as Human Resources Manager at UW Colleges from 2013 to 2014, Nicole oversaw HR functions across eight campuses, ensuring adherence to complex employment laws. Earlier experience includes serving as a Labor and Employment Attorney at Lathrop & Clark LLP from 2010 to 2013, managing labor and employment issues for both public and private sector clients. Nicole also held the position of Human Resources Supervisor at the School District of Holmen from 2007 to 2010, where responsibilities included labor relations management and collective bargaining representation. Education includes a J.D. from Marquette University Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
