Nicole Holderfield

Nicole Holderfield is an experienced professional in project management and systems administration with a strong focus on HCM technology solutions. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Project Management at eSkillz since July 2017, Nicole manages client, vendor, and partner relationships while supporting continuous process improvements. Previously, as Senior Systems Administrator, expertise centered around SAP HCM and Oracle platforms, facilitating design and optimization for Learning Management Systems. Nicole's experience includes roles such as LMS Administrator at Omnicell and Senior Platform Specialist at EDMC, where responsibilities encompassed managing LMS processes and overseeing platform training and feedback. Nicole began a career in multimedia design at Learning Sciences International, creating visual elements and marketing materials. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Barton College.
