Jakub Kaczmara

Jakub Kaczmara is an experienced professional with a robust background in sales operations, business intelligence, and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Sales Operations Manager and previously as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Eskimi since November 2022, Jakub has also held roles at Shopee as a Customer Relationship Management Administrator and at Telemedi - Digital Health Platform as both a Salesforce Administrator and Junior Business Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Research Analyst at Sotres Sp. z o.o. and a Finance Department Intern at Ansell. Jakub holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Econometrics from the University of Warsaw and a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
