Vincent Masselus has extensive work experience in the software engineering and research fields. Vincent started their career in 2005 as a Post-Doctoral Research Assistant at K.U.Leuven, Belgium, where they worked until August 2005. Vincent then joined Esko, where they held various roles including R&D Engineer, Project Leader, Scrum Master, and Manager in software engineering. In April 2017, Vincent became the Director of Software Engineering, and later, in 2023, they assumed the role of VP of Software R&D.
Vincent Masselus's education history includes completing a Management Acceleration Programme at Vlerick Business School in 2015-2016. Vincent also holds a PhD. in Applied Sciences: Computer Science from KU Leuven, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Computer Science at K.U.Leuven from 1998 to 2000, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from K.U.L.A.K., Belgium from 1996 to 1998. Vincent completed their high school education at Sint-Amandscollege Kortrijk, Belgium, with a focus on Math and Science, from 1995 to 1996.
