Deidre Herbst

Deidre Herbst currently serves as the Environmental Manager for the Generation Division at Eskom South Africa, a role held since October 2000, while also holding the position of Senior Manager Environment since March 1984. Deidre Herbst has a strong academic background, holding a Master’s Degree in Environmental Law from the University of Cape Town (2012-2015) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from the University of South Africa (1998-2005). Deidre Herbst’s educational journey includes studies at Technikon Natal (1984-1987) and Sasolburg (1982-1983), as well as the completion of the Zimbabwe Certificate of Education and Matric from Thornhill High School in Gweru, Zimbabwe (1979-1983).
