Fantas Mobu

Fantas Mobu holds the MCIPS designation and currently serves as the General Manager Commercial: Tactical Procurement at Eskom since April 2011, overseeing the management and administration of acquisition programs and contracting services. Prior to this role, Fantas was the Group Specialist for Procurement Services at Airports Company of South Africa and held the position of Executive for Procurement Services at SITA, where responsibilities included sourcing Information Technology systems for government entities. Earlier experience includes serving as Group Executive for Supply Chain Management at the South African Post Office and as Strategic Sourcing Manager at Telkom, focusing on strategic sourcing related to emerging networks. Education includes a BTech Degree in Public Management from Tshwane University of Technology and a National Diploma in Public Administration from Teknikon Northern Transvaal, complemented by formal training through the Chartered Institute of Supply & Purchasing.
