Wicus Pretorius

Wicus Pretorius has extensive experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as a Middle Manager for HR Business Enablement at Eskom since October 2005. Key achievements include leading the Back 2 Basics Programme, which involved documenting standard work processes, policies, and controls, as well as the implementation of SAP ECC6.0. Wicus Pretorius also has a background in business process management, focusing on the development of a standardised process modelling methodology. Prior to Eskom, Wicus Pretorius worked as a Project Manager and Clerk of the Court for the Department of Justice in South Africa. Educational qualifications include a B.Comm (Honours) in Business Management and a B.Comm in Industrial Psychology and Business Management from the University of South Africa, along with project management training from the University of Pretoria and a National Diploma in Personnel Management.
