Petter Sten

Petter Sten has extensive experience in the esports industry, beginning in 2012 with roles at DreamHack AB, where they worked as a talent and production assistant and later as a festival content manager. Petter also served as a project manager for various esport programs, including DreamHack Rainbow Six Global Circuit and ASUS Join the Republic. In 2020, they joined ESL Gaming as a product manager, overseeing the Rocket League Championship Series and leading a regional team responsible for Rocket League esports globally. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Operations Game Lead for the Rocket League Championship Series at ESL FACEIT Group, where they manage the global operations of the program. Additionally, Petter Sten has experience as the assistant general manager and co-owner of Team Property and as a brevbärare at Posten AB.

Petter Sten completed an exchange semester in 2016-2017 at Hannam University, where they studied Statistics, Basic Business Law, Korean, and Presentation Skills. Petter later attended Mälardalen University, earning a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing in 2017. In August 2022, they obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
