Rafal Lawniczak

Rafal Lawniczak has extensive work experience in the esports industry. Rafal is currently serving as the VP of Project Management & Events at ESL FACEIT Group [EFG] since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ESL Gaming where they held various roles such as VP of Project Management & Events, Senior Director of Esport Services, and Director of Esport Services. Rafal also served as the Managing Director at ESL Poland. Before joining ESL Gaming, Rafal worked at Grupa Leonardo as a Graphic Designer. Rafal began their career as a Professional Ice Hockey Player at Orlik Opole.

Rafal Lawniczak completed their Bachelor's degree at Politechnika Opolska from 2003 to 2006. Rafal also pursued Postgraduate Studies in Graphic Design at the University of Information Technology in Katowice from 2009 to 2010.
