Cindy Flannigan is a seasoned professional in advertising and communications with over 30 years of experience. Currently serving as the Senior Advertising & Communications Manager at ESL Federal Credit Union since February 1999, Cindy has held various marketing roles, including Marketing Associate at Highland Hospital and positions in marketing and sales at Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO-CNY.
