Maureen R. Wolfe

EVP & Director, Human Resources & Community Impact at ESL Federal Credit Union

Maureen came to ESL in 2005 as the Talent Management Manager after having worked 15 years in a range of human resource and management roles. She was promoted to Vice President in 2008, Senior Vice President in June 2012 when community relations responsibilities were added to her Human Resources accountabilities, and Executive Vice President in 2022. In her current role, Maureen oversees hiring, performance management, total rewards, talent development, employee engagement and communications, and community impact initiatives including the ESL Charitable Foundation. Maureen volunteers her time and expertise to the community in various ways, serving as a member of the Rochester Monroe Anti-Poverty Initiative (RMAPI) Steering Committee and on the boards of the MCC Foundation and Thompson Health. Maureen earned an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
