Shelly Baug

Shelly Baug has extensive work experience with ESL Federal Credit Union. Shelly began their career in 1995 as a Teller and later took on roles such as Telephone Banking Specialist, Intranet Administrator, and Internet Banking Support Representative. In 2006, they became the Information Security Coordinator and held that position until 2010. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Network services/Operations Support Help Desk Representative. Their most recent role at the company is Computer Operations Specialist, which they have held since 2015.

Shelly Baug attended SUNY Brockport from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Journalism/PR.
