Tina M. Knapp

Tina joined ESL in 2012 as Controller bringing almost 20 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining ESL, she most recently served as Senior Vice President, Director of Finance at Citizens Financial Group supporting the indirect auto and student lending lines of business. Promoted in 2018 to VP/Director, Payments and Service Support, she oversees the credit union’s electronic services (i.e., debit and credit card operations, wire transfers, ACH, and ATM performance); deposit and loan product support including check processing, statement production, and research; as well as fraud prevention and investigation. This allows the teams to maintain appropriate levels of member service and operational efficiency on a daily basis while minimizing risk.

Tina is a member of multiple committees for The Clearing House including the Real-Time Payments Advisory Committee and the Payments Authority Business Committee, as well as a member-at-large for the Electronic Payments Network Business Committee. She is also active in the Rochester community, giving back by sitting on the Finance Committees of Leadership Rochester and Foodlink, as well as the Finance and Strategic Planning Committees with the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and New York State Society of CPAs. Tina graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Accounting, and M.S. in Finance.
