Timo Pohjakallio

Timo Pohjakallio is currently working at ESL Shipping Ltd as the Director of BU Handies and Strategic Development. Timo joined the company in August 2023. Prior to that, they were an Independent Advisor for Private Equity from January 2022 to July 2023. Timo also served as a Partner at Bain & Company from February 2007 to December 2021. Timo'sprevious roles include Managing Director at Stora Enso Ventures from April 2004 to January 2007, and Manager of Business Planning at Stora Enso North America from February 2001 to April 2004.

Timo Pohjakallio completed their Ph.D. in Industrial Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 1994 to 2000.
