In his 20 years with Renewal by Andersen Joey Prete has much to be proud of. Being part of a leadership team that created the “Keys to Success” in Colorado is at the top of that list. Joe’s driving focus has always been a team connected through culture.
Joey joined the Eslers’ in 2011 as a Project Consultant and was one of the first ever Reps to sell $3M in a year. More remarkably, Joey took December of that year off to help others on the team meet their own goals. As a leader within the Sales Management team for Colorado, Joey’s constant drive, dedication, and overall vision to grow the numbers moved him into the role of Co-Vice President of Sales in 2015.
2020 brought challenges anew and in August Joey moved into his current role as the Esler Cos Executive Vice President of Sales, supporting and leading 20 Sales Managers, 300 Project Consultants and $500m in Sales. He intends to continue to find ways to help reinforce the culture of each of the Esler Cos Sales Teams.
