Malin Fremling

Malin Fremling has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as an HR-strateg focused on workplace environment and health at Eslövs kommun since January 2016. In this role, Malin is responsible for improving the municipality's health metrics and ensuring comprehensive workplace safety initiatives. Prior to this position, Malin held the role of HR consultant at the same municipality, contributing to its vision of becoming the best community in Skåne by 2025. Before joining Eslövs kommun, Malin worked as an Area Manager at Hemfrid AB, one of Sweden's largest employers in household services, and as an Office Manager at KILROY, a company dedicated to supporting youth and students through travel and education. Malin holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Resources and Working Life from Lund University and a high school diploma in Economics from Katedralskolan Lund.
