Pippa Clark has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as an Accountant at Vasanta Group. In 2011, they joined Hamilton Aquatics as a Finance Manager and later progressed to the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director. In 2019, Pippa also became the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at ESM - East Sports Management. Pippa currently holds the position of Managing Director at both Hamilton Aquatics and ESM.
Pippa Clark attended The University of Sheffield from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Accounting and Financial Management. From 2008 to 2011, they studied at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and earned a CIMA degree in Accounting. Lastly, from 2015 to 2018, Pippa Clark completed their Master of Sport Directorship degree with a specialization in Sports Leadership at The Manchester Metropolitan University.

Our Corporate Clients and partner academies chose to work with ESM because of the quality control and facility management resource that we dedicate to ensure that recreational matches and academy programs, week-on-week, is hosted in the perfect conditions. ESM | Academies works with and manages first-class sports academies and multi-activity holiday camps with a proven track record of developing holistic athletes from grass roots to elite performance.
