Abdulaziz Alshehri

Abdulaziz Alshehri is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as a member of the Saudi Leadership Society and holding the position of VP of HR at ESNAD, Abdulaziz also contributes as an NRC member for both the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation and SITE. Prior roles include CHRO at Tabadul and the General Sports Authority, as well as an advisory position at the Ministry of Economy and Planning, where strategic HR initiatives were instrumental in transforming the ministry's structure. With a strong foundation in HR leadership established at MSD and AXA Cooperative Insurance Company, alongside a tenure at Alturki Holding that focused on talent development and engagement, Abdulaziz is recognized for driving impactful HR strategies and achieving significant organizational outcomes.
