Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has developed an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has held the position of Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's background also includes work as a Nutrióloga in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a Catedrático universitario at a labor training school, where subjects taught included applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administración y gestión de empresas from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Alimentación, nutrición y bienestar from Universidad del Centro de México.
