Erica Holland

Erica Holland has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Vice President of Corporate Development at ESO. Prior to this, they held the same position at Aceable, a leading provider of online and mobile-first license and certification education. Erica also served as the Senior Director of Corporate Development at Aceable before being promoted to Vice President.

Before joining Aceable, Erica worked at Blue Sage Capital, a private equity firm based in Austin, Texas. During their time at Blue Sage Capital, they held the roles of Vice President, Senior Associate, and Associate, gaining experience in investing in profitable, growing, lower middle-market industrial, manufacturing, service, and distribution companies.

Prior to their experience in private equity, Erica started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan, where they worked for two years. Erica also had a summer internship as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan.

Based on their work experience, Erica Holland has developed expertise in corporate development, private equity investments, and investment banking.

Erica Holland attended Duke University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics.
