James Jenkins

James Jenkins has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. James is currently working as a Transformation Director at ESO since 2022. Previously, James worked as the Head of PMO at TurnKey Lender from 2021 to 2022, where they implemented an agile mindset to improve project efficiency and increase sales.

From 2017 to 2021, James served as the Sr. Director, EPMO & Strategic Programs at Accruent, where they provided strategic direction for multiple portfolios and programs, resulting in growth and improved portfolio performance.

Prior to that, James was a Program Manager at Stellargy Services, LLC from 2015 to 2017, overseeing healthcare projects and successfully identifying overpriced Medicaid services, recovering $34M in expenses.

From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Asst. Manager at Greystar, conducting competitive analysis and streamlining the development of analysis reports. Before that, they held a similar position at Capstone Property Management from 2013 to 2014, focusing on operational efficiency and automation.
