Rob Hinrichs

Rob Hinrichs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rob currently holds the position of Regional Account Executive at ESO since March 2023, where they are responsible for managing accounts in the Southwest region. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate starting from April 2022. Rob has also been involved in community work as a Board Member at Firefighters For Healing since January 2020, supporting burn survivor patients and assisting firefighters and first responders. Rob gained firefighting experience as a Firefighter/EMT at the Roseville Fire Department from October 2011 to January 2023. Additionally, Rob was a Territory Manager at Mohawk Industries from July 2018 to April 2022. Rob worked as an EMT in the Emergency Department at Abbott Northwestern Hospital from November 2019 to January 2022. Rob also has experience in account management, having worked as an Account Executive at Guidance In Giving, Inc. from January 2018 to January 2019. Prior to that, they held various roles at Wells Fargo, including AVP - Business Development Officer from November 2013 to January 2018, Relationship Development Consultant from July 2012 to November 2013, and Mortgage Processing Manager/Underwriter from January 2009 to July 2012.
