Shabnam Khatoon has a work experience of over 4 years in business development. Shabnam started their career at ESolz Technologies Pvt Ltd in 2013 as a Business Development Executive, where they remained until 2017. During this time, they also worked at ESolz as a Business Development Manager. In 2017, they joined Elagoon Digital as a Business Development Manager.

From 2009 to 2012, Shabnam Khatoon attended S.H.M.D senior secondary high school where they pursued a Bachelor's of Arts degree in English Language and Literature.
