Ekta Bhandari has over 15 years of experience in business development and sales. Ekta currently serves as the Vice President of Platform Sales, Business Development, Strategy & Marketing at ESOP Direct - KP Corporate Solutions Ltd, where they head the sales and strategy team for web and mobile platforms. Ekta is responsible for client acquisition and revenue generation in India, Singapore, and UAE. Prior to their current role, Ekta held various positions at ESOP Direct, including Senior General Manager and General Manager, where they handled platform sales for financial, compliance, and employee benefit tools. Ekta also managed presales and branding activities.

Before joining ESOP Direct, Ekta worked at TSR Darashaw Pvt. Ltd - A Tata Group Company as a Senior Manager of Business Development, where they handled payroll, trust administration outsourcing, and holistic HR Suite outsourcing. Ekta was responsible for managing key clients, account management, and the end-to-end sales cycle.

Earlier in their career, Ekta worked at FutureBridge as an Account Manager of Business Development, where they successfully landed the organization's first US-based order. Ekta also played a key role in the talent transformation drive and sales plan formulation.

Prior to that, they worked at Intelenet Global Services as a Senior Officer of Business Development, where they focused on the UK and EMEA markets. Ekta was responsible for team handling, training, and managing the full proposal process.

Ekta started their career at 3i-Infotech Ltd as a Senior Software Executive, where they focused on business development and pre-sales.

Ekta Bhandari holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communications from Shri Ram Institute of Technology, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Ekta then pursued a Management-Post Graduation degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Mathematics at Good Shepherd Convent HS School, Shahdol.
