Vipul Kulkarni

Vipul Kulkarni has over a decade of experience in operations and finance. Currently, Vipul serves in the Plan Management Team at KP Corporate Solutions Ltd. since October 2011, focusing on the lifecycle management of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). Prior experience includes a role in the operations team at BNY Mellon (August 2009 - September 2010), where Vipul managed UK Mutual Funds New Business Dealing and US CDO client reconciliations. Earlier, Vipul worked in Trade Finance Operations at ADFC Pvt. Ltd. (January 2007 - August 2008), dealing with bill discounting and loan operations. Vipul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Advanced Accountancy from KBP College, Shivaji University, Kolhapur, obtained in 2006.
