Javier J. Apitz

Javier J. Apitz has a diverse work experience in project management and IT roles. Javier J. started their career at Banco Mercantil as a Project Coordinator and Desktop Support, where they were involved in implementing the backbone and managing Novell servers and CISCO routers. Javier J. then moved on to Getronics Venezuela as a Project Manager and Network Analyst, where they handled IT projects for BP Venezuela and managed budgets, personnel, and contractors. Javier also co-founded International Project Management (IPM), where they served as a Project Manager and had responsibilities for company administration, budget management, and client acquisition. After IPM, they worked at Dyna Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant in the PMO. Currently, Javier is working at Esource Capital as a Project Manager. Overall, Javier has a strong background in project management and IT, with extensive experience in budget management, personnel supervision, and client acquisition.

Javier J. Apitz has a diverse educational background. In 1985, they graduated from Colegio La Salle La Colina with a high school diploma, specializing in science. After completing their high school education, Javier pursued further studies in computer science. From 1991 to 1994, they attended Instituto Universitario de Tecnología Venezuela, where they earned an advanced technical degree in computer science, known as T.S.U en Informática.

Throughout their career, Javier has also engaged in continuing education to enhance their knowledge and skills. In 2021, they participated in continuing education courses at the University of Miami, focusing on a variety of subjects without pursuing a specific degree. Furthermore, Javier obtained several certifications that validate their expertise in the field. In 2019, they became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and they achieved the Google Cloud Certified Professional Google Workspace Administrator certification. In 2022, they added the CompTIA Security+ certification to their credentials. Javier's commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology led him to obtain the Cybersecurity Professional Certificate from the University of Miami Division of Continuing & International Education in 2021. Most recently, in 2023, they achieved the Google Cloud Certified Cloud Digital Leader certification, further solidifying their expertise in cloud technologies.
