Juan Ernesto Aguilera Franceschi

Juan Ernesto Aguilera Franceschi is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in managing and developing businesses across various sectors. As CEO and Managing Partner of eSourceCapital in Mexico since June 2011, Juan has established and overseen operations, while also contributing to multiple boards, including Escala 24x7 Inc. and IESA. Juan serves as a Startup Mentor for the Founder Institute, aiding aspiring tech entrepreneurs. As an Angel Investor with Angel Hub Ventures, Juan supports high-potential startups across Latin America. Additionally, Juan held the position of President at the AEVM from June 2021 to October 2023, fostering connections among Venezuelan professionals in Mexico.
