Hillary Esparza

Hillary Esparza is an experienced customer experience and relations professional with a demonstrated track record in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager and Customer Relations Manager at Engineered Seal Products since August 2021, Hillary previously held the position of Territory Manager at Central States Manufacturing, Inc. from March 2020 to August 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Ryerson as an Inside Sales Representative and Billing/Inventory Coordinator from January 2012 to March 2020, as well as inside sales and vendor management at Indian Industries, LP from October 2008 to December 2011. Hillary began a career in supervisory and sales positions at Six Flags from March 2005 to October 2008 and has also held roles in retail and ticketing. Hillary holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern State University and an Associate of Arts from Tarrant County College.
