Troy M. Fischer

Troy M. Fischer has over 15 years of experience in operational roles, currently serving as an Operator and Team Leader at Engineered Seal Products since May 2008. Prior to this position, Troy worked as an Assistant Yard Manager at Menards from August 2006 to August 2007. Troy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Wartburg College, earned between 1997 and 2001.
