Mickaël Gabourg

Michael Musset is an experienced R&D engineer specializing in security for embedded systems, with a career spanning over a decade. At ALCEA from April 2013 to June 2023, responsibilities included modifying development boards in collaboration with electronics engineers and making critical updates to the kernel, U-boot, and Device Tree. Prior to this, Michael served as an R&D engineer and project manager at NEXESS SA, focusing on geolocation projects from February 2010 to December 2012, and undertook various projects involving C++ application development on rugged devices. Michael's internship experiences include developing a localization algorithm for industrial buildings and a Wi-Fi geolocation project during engineering studies, as well as early Android application development during an internship at Centile. Michael holds an engineering degree in Embedded Systems from ECE, complemented by studies at UC Irvine and Concordia University.
