Charlotte Masfrand

Charlotte Masfrand has extensive experience in urban development and housing programs, currently serving as Responsable de programmes accession at Espacil since March 2020. Prior roles include Chargée d’opérations at Groupe Lb Habitat from September 2017 to March 2020, and at SA Hlm LES FOYERS from October 2016 to September 2017. Charlotte also worked as Chargée de développement foncier at Groupe Valophis during the period of September 2015 to August 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Urbanisme et Aménagement with a specialization in Habitat et Renouvellement Urbain from Ecole d'Urbanisme de Paris, completed in 2016, a Master 1 in Urbanisme, Aménagement, Transports from Institut Français d’Urbanisme, and a Licence in Géographie option Aménagement du Territoire from Université de Tours, completed in 2014.
