Jean-Francois Hallard

Jean-francois HALLARD has extensive experience in the field of heritage and construction management, currently serving as Directeur Technique Patrimoine & Construction at Espacil since January 2019. Previously, Jean-francois held positions including Directeur du Patrimoine at Terre d'Opale Habitat from December 2013 to December 2018, Responsable Patrimoine at Pas-de-Calais habitat from January 2012 to November 2013, and Cadre Technique at Habitat 62/59 from October 2005 to December 2011. Jean-francois holds multiple degrees in civil engineering and territory development, including a Master 2 in Aménagement et gestion / développement du territoire from EUDIL Villeneuve d'Ascq and a Maîtrise and Licence in Génie Civil from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, along with a BTS in Construction Métallique from Lycée Baggio Lille.
