Hetal Chauhan is a Human Resources professional with a focus on recruitment and HR strategy development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiter at eSparkBiz since January 2024, Hetal manages end-to-end recruitment processes and employs various sourcing tools. Previously, as a Human Resources Executive at Ingenious Minds Lab from April to December 2023, Hetal developed HR strategies and led the full-cycle recruitment process. Hetal began the HR career as an intern at Kids Age Children National Newspaper from June to November 2022. Hetal holds an IMBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management from K S School of Business Management, completed in April 2023.
