Ryan Vugteveen

Ryan Vugteveen is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at ESPEC North America since April 2018, Ryan has a strong background in product development and equipment design. Prior experiences include positions as Design Engineer II at Wacker Neuson SE, where new compact construction equipment was developed, and as Design Engineer at Air Master Systems, focusing on fume hood and laboratory furniture design. Additionally, Ryan has worked as a Product Development Engineer at Besser, overseeing the design and manufacturing process of new equipment, and as Manufacturing Engineer at Engine Power Components Inc., contributing to multiple projects in machine rebuilds and product launches. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Central Michigan University, earned between 1991 and 1996.
